Part 1
Glass Session with Stevie Davies
Thursday 17th March, 7 - 9pm
Design and create three fused-glass discs (approx. 9.5cm, 7.5cm & 5.5cm) using a relaxed mosaic-style technique. Stevie will bring a gorgeous array of colourful glass pieces, pre-cut shapes, and shimmering dichroic details for you to play with.
Once finished, leave your creations with Stevie, who will fire, polish, and deliver them to Anna in time for your wire workshop.
Can’t make the Thursday session?
No problem — you can request a make at home glass kit instead. We’ll be in touch with your requested colour range. Stevie will supply all tools and plenty of glass to play with (safely). Just return all unused materials with your makes by the deadline. We will need to charge an additional £6 to cover the outgoing postage cost of the kits, please pay for this when booking using the postage payment tab.
Kits must be returned to Stevie or Anna by 17th March.
Want to make glass only?
Join Stevie for a glass-only session and create a funky hanging made from your discs. Stevie will use jump rings to connect them after firing. You could also leave them separate as three decorative hangings or mount them in a frame/wooden block.
Glass Disc Hanging Only: £55
We need to charge an additional £6 to cover the outgoing postage cost of the kits, please pay for this when booking using the postage payment tab.

Part 2
Wire Flower Sculpture with Anna
Choose between:
Saturday 28th March, 10am - 5pm
Saturday 9th May, 10am - 5pm
You will create a wire sculpture made up of 3 different flowers on a single shaped stem. The workshop is designed so that each flower you make builds on your skills, with 2 basic petal shaped ones of different sizes and one stylized twist and bead flower. There will be a selection of beautiful coloured wires and an array of beads to create flowers that complement your glass centres. (Or, of course, you could bring along your own special beads to use in your design).
Once your flower shapes are made Anna will guide you on constructing your sculpture and adding your centres.
The workshop is suitable for wirework beginners as well as those with more experience. Some regulars may find they have time to experiment with different petal shapes or are welcome to create an extra basic flower to add to their collection.
Want to make just the Wire Flower Sculpture with wire centres?
You can do that too, just book Wire Flower Triple (No glass) Price £80) and/or drop Anna an email via [email protected] and we'll try to fit you in.
